    The reds were coated with a gloss black base and then either a gold or chrome 2nd coat. The top coat I used alclad candy red and ruby red for the darker shade.

    this is some sick paint job man...the variation of the red tone is freaking awesome. your effort over the 5 months are totally worthed. the only thing i can ask for is if you can post some shots of it in action poses, will love to see it in full flight..im sure it'll be menacing

    Oh my! This is great! I really love the red..

    Great job, the 5 months was totally worth it IMHO.. I'm drooling over this..
