Post by cheeyuang on Tue 06 May 2014, 2:38 pm

Hi, i am newbie here. I juz know to build the model, and drawing panel line using marker, paint wise.. i am 0 knowledge..  Embarassed
Can anybody simply tell me how was the step doing painting? and what paint am i using to do so?
I owned a MG Gundam Red Astray & Full Cloth Crossbone, not dare to paint coz scare spoil the model..
So i am thinking to get a HG Sengoku Astray to try before i do for my MG.. Anybody can give me some solution for the step to paint?(w/o airbrush)
Is that possible to paint like photo(Glossy) below if w/o airbrush?

Maybe you want to take a look at this post....

there are different ways to paint your kit depending on your choice..... you want glossy.... you just have to spray it with a glossy top coat... the rest can be hand brushed beforehand...

it's possible in the case of the red frame shown. for the white, you can try using tamiya aluminium spray can.

for the red can consider using gloss black > taimiya chrome silver > tamiya clear red.
