00 Quanta Full Saber help needed

help needed for 00 Quanta Full Saber >.<

no matter how hard i try, i can't achieve the config in this picture

the 3rd dagger (the one jutting out) cant seem to stay on the main saber...did anyone else encounter this? if so, how to fix it?

is it recast or orignal de?

Do u have the manual or it is a recast like what noobking has said..

Mine is tight... might be because there is a few layer of paint.

Original. I bought the magazine which came along with this add-on.
It is unpainted but it seems that it is able to attach properly even without the painted surfaces to make it tight

do u have pla plate? or anything similar? you could modify it abit for it to able to hold.

If u follow the manual correctly n still encounter problems.. Can try using a small amount of blu tack to tighten the joint..

Hmms I don't have pla-plate but where do you suggest I can get some and at what thickness? I've never done such mods before so I'm not exactly sure what I would need to do it.
Moreover, I can't exactly buy another set of Full Saber add-on easily so I'm quite cautious about doing any mods to it unless I'm sure I know what to do.

here are the images...basically the part im having issue with is the place where the 3rd dagger joins the main buster blade...from my inexperienced understanding, it would seem like the part on the buster blade is a little worn-out which makes it impossible for the 3rd dagger to hold in its place....advice will be greatly appreciated =) thanks

From your picture, that part you showed is loose rite because can see the holder is slightly askew?

Got a few solutions to try

Like what vander do, paint a bit to see if tightens up.

another is use superglue, drop a bit on the holder area and wait for it to dry then sand it down. Do not put the third dagger in when the glue is wet! else your effort is wasted.

Hmms but wouldn't the paint strip if the 3rd dagger is constantly taken in and out of the part? I'm using Gaia Lacquer paints and mostly hand-painting.
Super glue huhs...hmms so pla-plates would be a little hard to try I assume?
In the event that I want to try using pla-plates to fix the part, what would I need apart from the pla-plate itself?

If you use pla plate , you need to imagine that you will need to recreate the same inner area.

Materials and tools
very thin plaplate ( assuming there is 0.2mm? Someone help on this), hobby knife/penknife, vernier caliper, ruler, pencil.

Method
You will need to measure both holder and dagger width with a caliper so you get the dimensions correct, mark where the plastic is protruding.
After recreating the inner area, you will have to find a way to glue it into place.
Lastly test fit the dagger into place.

Can say is... not that simple..

hmms interesting...i might look into it and see how to go about it...the super glue solution while simple but it doesn't seem very reliable
worst case scenario i'll seek help from the staff at HAG =)
